Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DentOS, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the platform. These Terms apply to all users, including dental practice owners, administrators, and staff members.

2. Description of Service

DentOS is a cloud-based, AI-powered dental practice management and revenue cycle management platform developed by Raptric LLC. The platform includes:

• AI-powered voice agents for patient communication and front desk operations
• Automated scheduling, eligibility verification, and claims processing
• Revenue cycle management and analytics tools
• Integration services with supported Practice Management Software systems

3. Subscriptions and Payment

3.1 Subscription Plans

DentOS is offered on a subscription basis. Plan details, pricing, and features are described on our Pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

3.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the platform until that date.

4. HIPAA and Data Obligations

You acknowledge that DentOS processes Protected Health Information (PHI) on your behalf as a Business Associate. You represent that you are a Covered Entity or Business Associate under HIPAA. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) must be executed prior to use of the platform with PHI. You agree to use DentOS only in compliance with all applicable healthcare privacy laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use DentOS for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or harvest data from the platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the platform
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals

6. Intellectual Property

DentOS and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Raptric LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for your internal business purposes.

7. AI Agent Limitations

Our AI agents are designed to assist with administrative and revenue cycle tasks. You acknowledge that:

• AI agents may occasionally make errors and should be subject to appropriate oversight
• Clinical decisions must always remain with licensed healthcare professionals
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs that impact patient care

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAPTRIC LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO RAPTRIC LLC IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with JAMS rules.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before material changes take effect. Continued use of DentOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
